Official Order Automatica social channels
These are the game’s official accounts, run by New Beings (Mickey Sanchez's solo studio, Portland) and better. publishing, Comma 49 and New Beings. Follow them for announcements, patches, and community events:
- Discord — discord.gg/qYPKKX7Cbk (the final devlog also circulates discord.gg/wPDpn7gDYe; invite links expire, so if one is full or dead, try the other or follow the link from the Steam page)
- X (Twitter) — @betterpubpro
- Facebook — betterpubpro
- Instagram — @betterpubpro
- YouTube — @betterpubpro
- Bluesky — @betterpubpro.bsky.social
- Bilibili — official Bilibili space
- Steam Store — Order Automatica on Steam
- Steam Community — app/2105840 hub
- itch.io devlog — New Beings on itch.io

Comma 49 & the Asian community channels
Shortly before launch, the publisher announced a partnership with Comma 49 (comma49.com) to support Order Automatica across Asian markets. The first visible result was Japanese and Korean localisation, joining English, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese and Polish at launch.
The publisher explicitly set out to build "dedicated places where Chinese players can follow the game, talk to us and meet other Order Automatica players":
- Bilibili — official Bilibili space
- QQ Community — join the QQ group
- HeyBox / 小黑盒 — official profile
That is also why this wiki treats Comma 49 as a publisher alongside better. publishing, Comma 49 and New Beings on the release & platforms page.

Corrections, guides & collaboration
Found a wrong stat, a missing unit, or a better strategy? Send it over — we credit our sources and update the wiki promptly. We also welcome guest guides and translation help. Email colinage@gmail.com or message us on Discord.
What We Can and Cannot Help With
Because this is a fan site, some questions belong with the studio rather than with us. Routing them correctly saves you a round trip:
- We can help with — gameplay questions, unit and synergy mechanics, build advice, corrections to anything on this wiki, and translation or guest-guide contributions.
- We cannot help with — refunds, purchase or billing issues, missing keys or codes, account access, bug reports, and technical support. We have no access to the studio’s systems and no ability to issue refunds.
For anything in the second list, use Steam’s store support for a purchase made on Steam, or the relevant storefront’s own help channel for GOG, console and mobile purchases. Game-breaking bugs are best reported through the Steam Community hub or the official Discord, where the developer is active.
One recurring question worth answering directly: there is no redeem-code system for this game, so we cannot supply a free key, and any site offering one is not official. The only legitimate free way to play is the Steam demo.
How This Wiki Sources Its Data
Everything on this site comes from one of three places, and we label which:
- Official announcements and store data — the Steam store page and API, the studio’s community announcements, and the itch.io devlog. These carry the most weight and are cited inline.
- Datamining the free demo client (AppID 2577030) — unit names and base stats, tile effects, ability triggers, Indulgences and achievement IDs. This is why some figures here appear nowhere else, and why we mark them as recovered rather than confirmed.
- Community observation — review themes and player sentiment, always attributed as such and never presented as official.
When an official figure and our datamine disagree, we publish both and defer to the official number. Where we could not decode something we say so explicitly instead of guessing — you will see that most often on the Curses page, where nine names remain encoded in the build.
If you spot a claim here that is wrong or uncited, the about page explains how we work and how to get a correction applied.
