Latest — Patch Notes v1.00.24 (2026-09-21)
The most recent update is version 1.00.24 — a tiny balance change plus small fixes (1.00.23, 1.00.22, 1.00.21 and an Overkill Hotfix before it). Read the full notes on the official Steam announcement. Post-launch hotfixes are shipping quickly, so re-check your Builds after each patch — balance changes move the difficulty math.

What the Updates Mean
The studio shipped Order Automatica on 2026-09-04 and moved straight into active post-launch support — hotfixes within 48 hours and an Asia-region expansion already announced. The pre-launch developer posts (Core Loop, content scope, launch date) are useful background for new players; start with the Beginner’s Guide and Best Builds.
Launch Week Recap (Sept 4 – Sept 14)
Order Automatica shipped on 2026-09-04 and the studio moved straight into active post-launch support. Within roughly ten days the build number climbed from 1.00.19 to 1.00.23, with an Overkill hotfix and several smaller updates in between. An Asia-region expansion was announced on 2026-09-02, before launch even landed. For players, the takeaway is that the balance math is still moving — any comp or unit read you settle on should be re-checked after the next patch (see Best Builds).
Patch Cadence & What It Means for Your Build
The cadence itself is a signal: hotfixes inside 48 hours of launch and weekly-ish balance passes mean the developer is listening and tuning. That is good for the game’s health, but it also means day-one tier lists rot quickly. The honest play is to learn the principles (roles, one buff axis, close speed) rather than memorise a ranking that may shift next week. Track the version log above and treat each new build as a prompt to revisit your comp.
Concretely, three patterns are visible in the first fortnight:
- Fixes outnumber balance changes. Titles like “More small fixes”, “Tiny balance change” and “Overkill Hotfix” dominate the log, which suggests the shipped build was structurally sound and the studio was correcting defects rather than reworking systems.
- Balance moved upward, not downward. The 2026-09-11 Higher Speeds & Higher Numbers post is the one entry that reads as a deliberate systems change rather than a repair — worth knowing if you are reading strategy advice written before that date.
- Patch notes are terse. Several entries are one-line version bumps with no detail. That is normal for a solo studio shipping fast, but it means the community usually works out what changed empirically — which is exactly why we re-check unit data rather than trusting any single source.
Is the Game Still Being Supported?
Yes, as of the last update we logged. The studio shipped patches across 2026-09-04 to 2026-09-25, with the most recent entries covering a launch recap, PAX West presence and forward-looking notes rather than only bug fixes — a sign of ongoing commitment rather than a ship-and-abandon pattern.
Two things temper that. First, this is a solo studio with a publisher, so cadence may slow once launch defects are cleared; the rapid-fire hotfix rate of week one is not a baseline. Second, we do not speculate about unannounced content — no roadmap, DLC or expansion beyond the announced Asia region has been published, and we would rather say “nothing announced” than invent one.
If you are deciding whether to buy based on future content, the safer assumption is that what shipped at launch is what you are paying for: 20 units, 17 enemies, 19 items, 18 tile effects, 24 Indulgences and 9 Curses. Anything added later is upside.

This page is a curated index of official Steam announcements — launch, expansion and patch notes — not the real-time feed. For authoritative, always-current news, check the Steam page and the studio’s channels listed on our contact page. We log entries here so a new player can see at a glance how the game has evolved since release and which patches may have changed how it plays.
Entries above are official Steam community announcements; dates are UTC. If a very recent patch is missing, this page simply has not been regenerated with the latest feed yet — Steam remains authoritative.
