Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how the Order Automatica Wiki — an unofficial fan site — handles information when you visit orderautomatica.com. Google AdSense & the DoubleClick cookie

We participate in the Google AdSense program. Google, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies (including the DoubleClick / DART cookie) to serve ads on this site. Use of these cookies enables Google and its partners to serve ads based on your visits to this and other sites on the internet.

Opting out: you may opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings. You can also decline third-party cookies entirely in your browser, though this may affect features on other sites you use.

We do not control the ads served, the advertisers selected, or the data those advertisers collect once you interact with an ad. Third-party ad servers may collect information such as your IP address, browser type and referring page in order to measure and target advertising. For details on Google’s own practices, see Google’s advertising privacy information.

Advertising & editorial independence

Advertising pays for the hosting and upkeep of this wiki. To keep our recommendations honest, we apply two rules:

• No paid placements in editorial content. We do not accept payment to rank a unit, build or strategy higher, and we do not publish sponsored guides. Where a page links to a store, it is because that store is where the game is sold — not because of any affiliation or commission arrangement.
• Ad formats are limited. We use in-content display placements. We do not deliver pop-under, redirect or forced-click advertising, and we remove formats that degrade the reading experience.

If an advertisement on this site is intrusive, misleading or inappropriate, please report it to colinage@gmail.com — we review reports and change formats where justified.

Information we collect

We do not require accounts, and we do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information. The limited data we handle falls into three buckets:

• Information you send us — if you email colinage@gmail.com or message us on Discord, we receive whatever you choose to share (for example, a correction or a strategy tip).
• Standard server logs — like almost every website, our host records your IP address, browser type, the pages you request, and the time of the request. This is used only for security and anonymous, aggregate traffic analysis.
• Analytics cookies — we may use privacy-friendly analytics to understand which guides are useful. These do not identify you personally.

Cookies

Cookies are small text files stored on your device. We use a minimal set of cookies to keep the site working and to measure traffic. You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time; the site will still function, though some convenience features may be limited.

Third-party advertising

To keep the wiki free, we display third-party advertisements. Our current ad partner is Adsterra (native banner placements). We may also participate in the Google AdSense program in the future.

These advertising partners may use cookies — including Google’s DART cookie — to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. They may collect non-personally-identifiable information such as your IP address, device type, and browsing context. They do not receive your name or email through our pages.

You can opt out of personalized advertising in several ways:

• Google Ads Settings: google.com/settings/ads
• Industry opt-out (US): aboutads.info/choices
• EU / YourOnlineChoices: youronlinechoices.com

In the EEA and UK, where required, ad and analytics cookies are shown only after you grant consent through our cookie notice.

Links to other sites

This site links to external platforms — Steam, Discord, itch.io, and the game’s official social accounts. Those services have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their practices. We encourage you to read them.

Children’s privacy

The Order Automatica Wiki is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has shared data with us, contact us and we will delete it.

Your rights (GDPR & CCPA)

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you, and to withdraw consent or object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, email colinage@gmail.com and we will respond within the timeframes required by law.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the site evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
